Human-Centered Leadership
A one-day workshop to help leaders drive engagement and performance through a people-centric approach.
A one-day workshop to help leaders drive engagement and performance through a people-centric approach.

In this workshop, participants will examine the core behaviours of a human-centered leader vs. a business-centered leader, and engage with the question, 'What does it take to be a human-centered leader in my organisation?'.
The workshop encompasses three modules:
Employee Engagement and Wellbeing
People are our most valuable asset, but increased demands on our time and energy are leading to disengagement and burnout.
In this module, participants will discover how a people-first approach to leadership helps to decrease stress, and increase motivation and productivity among teams.
Human-Centered Culture
To create real change, we need to cultivate a culture that brings more humanity to the way we lead and develop employees.
In this module, participants will explore key actions that can help to build a human-centered culture within their unique organisational context, including how to measure productivity through relevant KPIs.
People and Performance
The workplace is changing, as remote working and a multi-generational workforce continue to present challenges and opportunities for the modern business and leader.
In this module, participants will explore these challenges and opportunities in relation to their specific organisational context, and develop a deeper understanding of how to adapt performance management to meet the needs of an evolving workforce.Investment: £1,250
