Workshop 2 - Everything DiSC Management Facilitation:

A powerful route to improving management performance and employee engagement, this workshop helps managers to hone the way they manage people, develop their abilities in performance management, and also manage upwards.

Workshop 3 - Everything DiSC Work of Leaders:

Enabling leaders at all levels to understand their own leadership style and its impact on their effectiveness. Work of Leaders uses the three-stage framework of Vision, Alignment and Execution to deliver clear and practical action plans for sustained leadership development.

What is DiSC?

DiSC is a latest generation psychometric tool that is simple to use, practical, and universally applicable.

The self-assessment measures personality traits to help us better understand our behaviour and relationships in the workplace.  The DiSC model is based on an acronym for the four main styles - Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.

How does the DiSC Assessment work?

A variety of DiSC profiles have been created, so whether you are looking to develop individuals, teams or leaders, there is a DiSC profile to suit.

Liberate Learning will administer the DiSC assessment through a reliable online platform, making it easy to complete.  DiSC assessments can be sent, activity tracked, DiSC profiles produced, and results received, all within minutes.

What are the benefits of DiSC?

After completing the DiSC assessment, participants will receive personalised reports containing insights that will deepen their understanding of themselves and others. 

This improved understanding can lead to more positive and effective workplace interactions, higher levels of team engagement and collaboration, and reduced conflict.

DiSC provides leaders with insights into their communication preferences, strengths, and opportunities for development.  It can also help leaders to become more adaptable to others, empowering them to lead with emotional intelligence and impact.

How does DiSC workshop facilitation work?

If you would like to deepen learning and drive long-term change, combining the assessment with a facilitated workshop is highly recommended.

The facilitated sessions are professional, in-depth training sessions, developed and approved by Everything DiSC but personalised by Liberate Learning to meet your specific individual and organisational goals. 

We are currently offering three facilitated DiSC workshops, delivered by our Head Trainer and CIPD Level 5 accredited Learning & Development Consultant, Linzi Morrison. 

These workshops include interactive and engaging activities and high-quality learner handouts, with pre- and post-learning for ultimate impact.  Workshops can be delivered as a full-day workshop or as individual modules, either in-person or virtually.
